IMPORTANT: For all new clients to MLD or Manual Lymphatic Drainage. First consultation is an opportunity to understand what is going on for you now, your health history and whether MLD is indicated or contraindication. Where we will explain what to expect, how to prepare and support your wellbeing for the best possible outcomes for before, during and after MLD treatments. MLD offers your lymphatic system support in encouragement of lymph flow through vessels and nodes. A gentle and slow approach, it stimulates the parasympthetic nervous system, sending your body and mind into a relaxation response. More information offered during consultation. Consultation is needed before any treatment plan may be offered or begin.
